Responsible

  • Control and inspect product quality to ensure it meets the specified standards
  • Carry out ISO9001:2015 and RJC implementation project control within the department to ensure that the standard request can be implemented as planned
  • Create and update the work manual, work procedures, responsibilities of the QC department positions and the quality standards manual
  • Establishing standards for product quality inspection from the process of purchasing raw materials, producing samples, products during production, and including finished products to ensure that inspector must have standards
  • Control and improve quality control processes to be more efficient and reduce waste.
  • Carry out calibration monitoring of various measuring instruments in the organization
  • Prepare a summary report of the performance of the QC department, including necessary projects, to present to the Management
